Quaggy Development Trust runs 2 weekly groups supporting pregnant women, new parents and men with parenting responsibility:

Mum’s Space – a free, welcoming, weekly group for expectant and new mums to share experiences, get support. For more information and to book: click here.

Dad’s Space – a free weekly group for expectant and new dads and men with parenting responsibility to meet and reflect upon the transition to fatherhood and to explore solutions to some of the challenges. For more information and to book: click here 

Quaggy Community Counselling Service is offering up to 12 low-cost*, one-to-one, face-to-face counselling sessions for adults.  Sessions can be extended up to 24 weeks on a case by case basis. Adults living in SE3, SE8, SE10 or SE13 can self-refer; those living all other areas within the Royal London Borough of Greenwich who have a child under 18, need a referral from a health or social care professional.
