The GSCP Annual Conference was held on 17th March and was a great success!
Our Key Speakers were Sarah Goff (Safeguarding Children and Young People Manager, Ann Craft Trust) and Caroline Coady (Assistant Director for Social Care, National Children’s Bureau), who were followed by 3 workshops: Workshop 1 – Understanding behaviour that challenges within a safeguarding context. Workshop 2 – Safeguarding adolescents with communication and interaction needs. Workshop 3 – How can we work in partnership to keep young people and children, with neurodevelopmental disorders and mental health difficulties, safe from harm?
