As part of the next phase of the government’s ‘ENOUGH’ campaign to tackle violence against women and girls, the Home Office has added a resources page for teachers and school staff to the campaign website. Guidance and resources for teachers and school staff | ENOUGH
The page includes guidance on responding to, and prevention of, abuse in a school setting, as well as resources for teaching about sexual harassment, sexual violence, and abuse.
It recognises that Teachers play a vital role in supporting children to develop healthy, positive relationships, learn how to treat others with kindness and stand up against abusive or unkind behaviour and how high quality teaching about relationships can show children how to respect other people’s boundaries, how to communicate in a healthy way with an understanding of consent, and how to challenge stereotypes.
