Cruse are a national charity providing free support to those who have experienced loss. The Cruse leaflet and poster can be downloaded and printed on A4 paper. They outline how to contact Cruse for support, and the leaflet also explains a little about grief and offers some suggestions which might help.
Child Bereavement UK offer free, confidential bereavement support by telephone, video or instant messenger, as well as face to face from a number of locations across the UK.
