This year there has been a total of 8 SUDIs across Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham. We would normally expect to see 1-2 per year per borough.

One of the key messages to all staff seeing families is to ‘Demonstrate not just Articulate’, which means asking parents and carers to show you where the baby is sleeping in the home and how they sleep with the baby, not just tell you.
